Pre-Licensing Course...
40 Hour Course includes books and all materials ... $450
Students attending Advance Real Estate Academy Classes learn the fundamentals of the real estate business, including agency, legal issues, financing principles, property management, appraisals, fair housing, ethical practices, as well as how to close a real estate transaction. Course graduates qualify for an examination to become a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
We are accepting registrations for the classes listed.
Class size is limited, so early registration is highly recommended.

Advance Real Estate Academy agrees to provide an approved course of study for the amount of hours required (40 for Salesperson) which will certify the student for the Massachusetts Real Estate License Examination. Class dates and times will be announced prior to commencement of a course. Any enrolled student who fails to pass the state exam is welcome to re-take any portion of the course they wish, without charge, provided that the exam was taken within 30 days of completion of the course.
TUITION: $450.00 for the Salesperson Course. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is limited space available in the classroom. Pre-registration is suggested in order to be guaranteed a seat in the class.
REGISTRATION : To pre-register, complete this registration form and return with a non-refundable deposit of $200.00. Please make checks payable to Advance Real Estate Academy. Balance due at first class by cash or check.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend a pre-registered class, the deposit may be applied to one other class being offered in the next 6 months immediately following the course cancellation. Notice of inability to attend is required at least 48 hours of commencement of the pre-registered class in order to be eligible for this benefit.
PLEASE NOTE:
Attendance is required at all classes in order to receive a completion certificate. Advance Real Estate Academy is not obligated to provide make-up classes for students who miss classes. Missed classes may be made up at future available course offerings. If the state restricts availablity of class size, a refund will be given to the student.
The student is requested to bring a hand-held non-solar calculator and a high lighter to class. For your comfort and convenience snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in class.
Smoking is not permitted in our building.
